Booking Policy
By reading the following, you have agreed to our policies, terms and conditions.

A. DEPOSIT & PAYMENT:
All appointments require a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm booking. A confirmation email will be sent to you once a deposit has been made. The remaining balance is to be paid after your appointment.
B. CONSULTATION & CONSENT:
For first time clients, each appointment begins with a brief consultation and your consent to take photos or videos of you. In a case where we ask for consent, we post up contents on our social media pages, and you ask us to take it down, we might not be able to.
C. LATE FEES:
A late fee of NGN7,000 will be charged if you arrive 10-15minutes after your appointment time. Your appointment will be canceled if you arrive 25/30 minutes late. Kindly arrive on time for your appointment for sufficient time to complete chosen service.
D. RESCHEDULING & MISSED APPOINTMENTS:
If you need to reschedule or cancel appointment, kindly notify us 24/48 hours prior, so your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment (this can only be done once). If the appointment is missed without prior notice, your deposit will be forfeited, a new deposit will be required to re-book. Please note that NO REFUNDS will be made once appointments has been confirmed.
E. ATTENDANCE:
No extra guests or children are allowed into the studio.
F. EXTRA FEES:
For appointments outside our working hours (before 10AM or after 6PM), emergency slots, there will be an extra fee of NGN10,000, in addition to the standard service price.
G. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
A lash/brow lamination/hybrid tint pre-care and post care instructions will be sent to you after your appointment has been confirmed. Please do well to follow them. Lash Infills should be done 2-3weeks after your appointment. Home service attracts extra costs.
